Who we are
This website is operated by Pureset Data Systems, Inc. (“Pureset”, “we”, “us”). Questions about this policy can be sent to privacy@pureset.ai.
This policy covers the pureset.ai website only. Data we license to customers is governed by separate enterprise agreements and data processing addenda.
What we collect
Consultation requests
When you submit the consultation form we receive the details you enter: your name, work email, company or institution, what you're looking for, domains of interest, estimated scale and any notes. We use them to reply to you and to scope a possible engagement. The request is delivered to our team by email.
Customer portal sign-in
The customer portal sign-in page is not yet connected to an account system. Whatever you type into it stays in your browser: it is not transmitted to us, stored or logged.
Technical data
Like most websites, our servers and hosting provider process standard request data — such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request — to deliver pages, keep the site secure and prevent abuse. For example, the consultation form limits how many requests a single IP address can send in a short period.
Cookies and analytics
The website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Fonts are served from our own servers.
Third parties
- Images. Some photographs load from Unsplash (images.unsplash.com), which receives your IP address and browser details when you view those pages.
- Email delivery. Consultation requests are sent through our email provider, which processes their content in order to deliver it.
We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising.
Legal bases
Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we process consultation requests to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and technical data on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website.
Retention
We keep consultation requests for as long as we need them to respond and manage any resulting relationship, and then delete them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, email privacy@pureset.ai.

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top.
