About these terms
These terms govern your use of pureset.ai (the “website”), operated by Pureset Data Systems, Inc. (“Pureset”). By using the website you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.
Datasets and services
The website describes Pureset's datasets and services. It does not grant any license to them. Access to datasets, reports and the customer portal is provided only under a separate written agreement with Pureset, and that agreement controls if it conflicts with these terms.
Customer portal
The customer portal is restricted to authorized users of licensed enterprise customers. Don't attempt to access it without credentials issued to you, and don't share credentials with anyone else.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- interfere with the website's operation or security, or probe it for vulnerabilities outside our responsible disclosure process;
- access the website through automated means at a volume that degrades it for others;
- submit false information or content you don't have the right to share through our forms.

The website's content, design and the Pureset name and logo belong to Pureset or its licensors. Sample records, figures and reports shown on the website are illustrative unless stated otherwise.
Disclaimers
The website is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available but don't guarantee that it is error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing on the website is a binding offer; commitments are made only in signed agreements.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Pureset is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website.
